The perfect match! How to match tiles for your upcoming project

Choosing tiles that complement each other is a great way to create a sleek and dynamic interior. To help you select the perfect coordinating tiles, we’ve put together some tips and ideas to get you started...

We have several tile collections and they all offer something different and many work harmoniously together, namely our Tileworks and Living collections. Both collections embody a contemporary feel, mainly because they comprise of large format sized tiles that are hugely popular in modern interiors today. We’ve styled many of these tiles in realistic room sets to help you choose the perfect coordinating tiles and create your dream kitchen, bathroom, living area and hallway!

If you’re opting for floral style like our Living Arbour Wisteria tiles you may not be sure which floor tiles to pair them with. Here, we’ve used Oakwood Brown wood-effect floor tiles, they keep the overall look stylish and work with each other to create a serene bathroom. We’ve also created a feature wall by off-setting a panel of Wisteria tiles with their coordinating plain tile Maison Blanc.

If you’re opting for an iridescent wall tile such as Cube, from our Living Radiance range try pairing these styles of tile with a matt floor tile. It doesn’t have to be plain either, here, we’ve styled Cube Radiance tiles with our muted ‘terrazzo style’ Pietra Lombarda tiles from the Tileworks collection for a detailed yet contemporary look.

Wood-effect floor tiles are becoming an increasingly popular choice and our Lignum range comes in six colour options, as well as an anti-slip finish. To add character, try pairing Lignum tiles with our Plait tiles from the Living collection, as well as with a plain coordinating tile, View Off White.

Together they create a beautiful modern bathroom. The Lignum range also works beautifully with Eden tiles from the Living collection, we’ve paired Lignum White from the Tileworks collection with Eden Glade tiles from the Living collection for a totally on trend scandi look.

If you’re looking to add pastel tones, look no further than our Afterglow Living tiles. To add an urban edge, team them with Toronto grey floor tiles from our Tileworks collection and some glossy brick tiles to add further detail, pictured here are Artworks Chancel Grey Brick Tiles. Together they create a chic yet detailed scheme.
