  • Can I get a sample?

    Absolutely! We understand how important it is to see and feel a tile in your own home. To order a sample, please visit or contact one of our Showrooms. The showroom teams will be more than happy to help you.

  • Where can I find more details about your tiles?

    Each product page has a full specification box with everything you need to know. If you have any questions related to product details please contact us, and we will do our best to help you.

  • Where can I view your tiles?

    The best way to see our gorgeous tiles is to visit one of our showrooms. Tiles are tactile and we’re passionate about our customers interacting with our products, exploring inspiring displays and speaking to experts before deciding on a tile style.   • How do I work out how many tiles I need?

    There is a tile calculator on each product page. It will automatically enter the size of the tiles you are looking at; all you need to do is enter your room dimensions. If you are unsure of your measurements, always double check with your installer.

  • How do I order my tiles?

    We do not sell directly from our website. Our tiles are sold through our showrooms. To find your nearest, please view our contact details.

  • How long will delivery take from a Clay and Rock Showroom?

    Our standard delivery is 7-days for products in-stock. For special order products, our Clay and Rock Showroom teams will advise on the expected delivery timeframes. Please contact one of our Retail Advisors for more details.

  • Can you guarantee my tiles will match my sample?

    Shade variation is an inherent feature of our tiles. We recommend that tiles are loosely laid out and ‘blended’ prior to fixing to achieve the most pleasing distribution of shades. No liability for shading can be accepted after installation. For more information, we highly recommend viewing our fixing guides.

  • Are the tile sizes shown exact?

    We use nominal dimensions throughout our website which are subject to very slight variation within internationally accepted standards. Due to the nature of tile materials, slight variations in sizes are unavoidable and can be accommodated with tolerances in grout gaps.

  • Can I install tiles myself?

    Before installing any Clay and Rock tiles please read our relevant Fixing Guides which contain important information specifically about our products, how they should be installed and the appropriate aftercare. We recommend that our tiles are laid by an experienced, professional tiler.

  • Do my tiles need sealing?

    Most of our tiles do not require sealing. If a tile does need to be sealed, this information will be shown on the product page under 'Important information'. For full details please see our fixing guides.

  • Is my order in stock?

    Many of our products are stocked and are available for imminent despatch. However, some of our more specialist collections are made to order and are only available with a 4-6 week lead time. If your chosen product is currently unavailable, your Clay and Rock Showroom team will be able to advise when the product is likely to come back into stock. Should the suggested lead time not be suitable, please liaise with your showroom team to discuss alternative sizes or products that may be delivered sooner. Stocked products can usually be delivered, to your chosen Showroom, within 5-7 working days, although lead times can vary due to courier availability.

  • Do you accept returns?

    When purchasing from a Clay and Rock Showroom, you can return any resell-able products to us within 60 days for a full refund (excluding delivery charges).

  • Do you offer any Trade Accounts?

    We welcome all tradespeople into their local Clay and Rock Showroom to sign-up for a trade account. Account holders will receive exclusive offers and discounts across both our accessory and tile ranges.
