Step 1: Design Consultation

Your journey begins with a personal visit at home or to one of our showrooms. During this visit, we can discuss your vision, lifestyle, and design aspirations. This is your opportunity to share how you want your space to look and feel, whether you are dreaming of a calming spa retreat or a sleek contemporary space.

Step 2: Design Development

With your ideas and requirements in mind, we will craft a creative design concept that captures your vision. If desired, you will receive mood boards, layout plans, and detailed 3D visualisations that bring your future home to life, allowing you to explore materials, finishes, and styles before any decisions are made.

Step 3: Showroom Presentation

Once the initial design is ready, you will be invited to our Clay & Rock showroom for a follow-up presentation. Here, you can review samples, fixtures, and layout options. Together, you will refine the details and make any final tweaks to ensure the finished design is exactly as you imagined.

 This service is charged at £200 for the first room and £100 for each additional room. The initial £200 fee is refundable against complete bathroom orders of £5000+(including VAT).
