If used on the floor, only suitable for residential, light traffic areas as the polished surface may be prone to scratching.

We recommend sealing before grouting and then again once the grout residue has been removed.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery Information

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your postcode.

  • Post (up to 2kg): £6.95
  • Box (up to 20kg): £20
  • Pallet (20–1000kg): £65 Standard | £75 Nominated Day | £85 Express (weekdays only)

Orders up to 20kg are delivered to your door by parcel carrier. Larger orders are delivered on a pallet via an 18-tonne tail-lift vehicle and are kerbside delivery only.

Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the order.

Returns Information

Unused tiles can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and returned in full box quantities.

Please note that clearance products are non-returnable.
