May we take this opportunity of conveying our appreciation to you and your team for the advice and excellent support afforded us on a comparatively modest requirement for quality kitchen tiles.
We were guided to your showroom by our daughter, who lives locally, and we are so glad we took the time to visit. Not only were we greatly impressed by the state of your showroom but also the welcome from your staff and guidance in selecting exactly what we were looking for to adorn the walls of our recently completely renovated kitchen. The “Seasons” range from Marlborough tiles has complemented our new kitchen units and worktop perfectly, as shown on photographs supplied separately…
I just wanted to thank you very much for all your help when we were choosing out floor. We are delighted with the Farley floor tiles and the kitchen has co-ordinated very well after all our visits to Clay & Rock to make sure they were okay. You were always immensely patient and helpful, for which we are really grateful. Allan & Neil, who fitted our floor were fantastic and did a really excellent job. We will definitely be coming back to Clay & Rock nearer the Spring to order some slate for the porch and to call on Allan & Neil’s services again.
We were undecided about our replacement kitchen floor and came to you for advice. We were immediately impressed by the showroom and the helpfulness and knowledge of the staff. We returned for a sample to take home with us, the tiles were then ordered and they were delivered on Monday. The whole experience was pain-free and pleasant. But what makes the experience outstanding was the attitude of the delivery chap. We live down a canal towpath with no vehicular access. This came as a bit of a surprise to him but he was not at all fazed, he was pleasant and cheerful throughout, despite carrying 40 boxes of heavy tiles down the towpath. His “can do” attitude was so refreshing. You are a delight to do business with and we will most certainly recommend you as widely as we can.
“The expertise from Clay & Rock was invaluable in choosing tiles for our new build and the finished rooms are really stunning. We could not fault the exceptional service and great value for money on really high quality products.”
“We first came across Clay & Rock by chance, but as soon we walked into the showroom it was clear that Clay & Rock had a good choice of high quality tiles. Mark and Christine were lovely being helpful, but not pushy. Prices are competitive and they deliver for free. We have used Clay & Rock for the tiles in our bathroom and kitchen and we’re so happy that we have been happy to recommend Clay & Rock to our friends. We would not hesitate to use Clay & Rock again.”
“Just to say thanks ever so much for the great service I received from you at Clay and Rock. I am so pleased with the Abbey limestone floor. It looks fabulous. Mick Bridge and Chris were wonderful. The floor has been laid beautifully and I couldn’t fault them. They were really nice guys to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. They were perfectionists and I would happily recommend them and will definitely use them again….if they don’t mind camping again in not so sunny Wales that is!”
“When you walk through the front door at Clay and Rock, you know you have come to the right place for high quality, elegant and contemporary tiles. There is a wide choice and also a variety of prices to suit your budget. Mark and Christine know their business inside out and can offer sound advice. They both made us feel very welcome, Christine even entertained our 2 young daughters whilst we were choosing our tiles. Payment and delivery were also made very easy and we have no hesitation in recommending Clay and Rock.”
Its Been a while since we last checked in! We have had a busy start to 2014……………………. We are finding that the word has spread across Cheshire and we are having customers travelling to our showroom from all over. Areas such as Northwich, Nantwich, Congleton and Sandbach, are all located nearby. Where we are based is convenient and easy to travel from Shropshire, North Wales, Cheshire, the Wirral including Merseyside. We do however supply tiles to customers throughout the Uk, with the help of the internet our customer base has increased. We realise that the internet has made the market much more competitive, and we are happy to compete!
We have just taken delivery of the most beautiful bathroom units… They are accompanied by stunning stone basins and granite tops. More and more people are wanting to hide their clutter! So the bathroom furniture is a great solution, as it is so practical yet makes a great feature too! Another addition to our showroom is the quirky cone shaped marble basin – again very beautiful but also practical as it is easy to keep clean!
We are constantly being asked by our customers the same question……………Should they choose Porcelain tiles or Stone? I am sure we will all agree that Limestone, Slate and Marble floor and wall tiles are simply stunning, from beautiful white limestone to the more rustic travertine. If you are prepared to put some graft in, your floors will stay as beautiful as the day they were laid down. By graft we mean you must seal your stone correctly from the start. We recommend www.ltp-online.co.uk . You must seal your stone correctly, as stone is a porous product and would stain if the stone is not sealed. Obviously the seal with wear and tear does often need replacing, you must strip the old seal off and apply the new sealer. More advice on this can be obtained from us, if you need it. If you really feel that your life is too busy to be thinking about maintaining your stone floor!!! Why not consider the amazing porcelain options that are on the market. I must admit to having porcelain in my own home. To be honest the products on the market now are so good, it takes a well trained eye to actually see that it isn’t stone. You can see from our products page some of the porcelain options available. In a shower we would really recommend a porcelain option, with the constant use of most showers and the steam etc, to have porcelain in the shower is the sensible option. As the steam does break down the seal eventually. If it’s a bathroom, it isn’t as much of a problem. The beautiful porcelain options are incredible. Please call in to visit us and see our many displays. For more information try www.edimax.it or www.coem.it or www.verde1999.com to name a few good companies that we are stockists for. We hope this is helped to make your decision easier!?
